The short version: Seek Baby Names doesn't ask you for any personal information, has no accounts, and counts visits only with simple, cookie-free traffic statistics. Below are the few things that do touch your data — your saved names, traffic statistics, the fonts, web hosting, and advertising.
Saved names stay on your device
When you tap the heart on a name, it's saved in your browser's local storage on the device you're using. It is never sent to us — there is no server that receives it, and we have no way to see it. Clearing this site's data in your browser settings erases your saved list. Saved names don't carry over between devices or browsers.
What we don't collect
There are no accounts, sign-up forms, or comment boxes, and the site does not use cookies of its own or track you across other websites. Searching, filtering, shuffling, and generating random names all happen entirely inside your browser.
Traffic statistics
To understand how many people visit and which pages are used, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that counts page views and visits without using cookies and without tracking you across websites. Web hosting
Like nearly every website, Cloudflare, which hosts this site, may automatically record basic technical information when your browser requests a page — such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time — for security and to keep the service running. That information is handled under the hosting provider's own privacy policy.
Fonts
This site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and basic browser information. Google's handling of that information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
